Why buddahead exists.

It started with curiosity: a friend took on a challenge to meditate every day, and I wanted to see what he saw. Meditation taught me to notice what I already have. The noticing became gratitude, and the gratitude became real happiness. I'm not done. This site is part of my own practice as much as it might become part of yours.

I've led short meditations for friends. People told me my voice was calming. So I recorded one. Ten minutes, nothing else. I put it here.

The mission is simple: help one million people find gratitude in life. Free. No account. No upsell. Press play and breathe with me.

A buddahead is simply a head that has learned to find gratitude. The name borrows a calm from Buddhism, but it points at a state anyone can reach, not a belief you have to hold.

Practicing Dana

In Buddhist tradition, dana is the practice of generosity: teachings are offered freely, and whoever receives them gives something back so the next person can receive too. This site will never ask for money. If the meditation gave you something, pass it on. Share it with one person who could use ten quiet minutes.
